We offer two cosmetic treats at The Rejuvenative Medical Center, Xeomin and Radiesse:
Radiesse
Radiesse is a dermal filler that is used for smoothing moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds (the creases that extend from the corner of your nose to the corner of your mouth), as well as tightening loose skin from weight loss and loss of collagen. Radiesse creates collagen in the areas injected to create a more natural and smoother appearance.
Radiesse can also be used for loose skin on the belly, arms, and knees, turkey neck, double chin, nasolabial folds, and to enhance cheekbones for a subtle, natural appearance.
Xeomin
Xeomin is a neurotoxin very similar to Botox but without the fillers that are contained in Botox which make it more pure. Xeomin is also longer lasting (about 4-6 months depending on each individual) whereas Botox usually only lasts less than 3 months.
Lastly, Botox wears off and will not work for you after so many uses over the years whereas Xeomin will continue working its magic.

About Sharyn
Sharyn L. Cass has been a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP) since 2012 with a strong history as a Hospitalist in Internal Medicine, Nocturnal Medicine, Emergency Care, HIV/AIDS, STIs, and Inpatient Hospice Care that builds upon eight years experience as an RN prior to her work as an ANP. Ms. Cass’ diverse background includes advanced skills in Cardiology, Internal & Trauma Medicine, Palliative and Primary Care. She is a member of the ANCC and ANAC. Sharyn’s philosophy of patient care is to ensure that each patient is welcomed, listened to, and cared for to the best of her ability. Ms. Cass takes the time to discuss her plan of care in a compassionate, empathetic and nonjudgmental demeanor for an intimate patient-provider relationship.
